Thank you for expressing interest in the upcoming Sisterhood Drum Making Retreat
being held in Winslow, Maine this November 16th and 17th!
The schedule of events will include the following:
9-9:30am – arrive on Saturday morning and enjoy a light breakfast + welcome gathering as everyone checks in
9:30-10 – Intention setting/opening ceremony
10-1 Drum making with your own hands/blessing of our sacred tools
1-3pm Lunch + Settle in to your accommodation space within our retreat home/Social time
3-4:30 Alchemizing an Abundance Oil
4:30-6:30 Sauna/Cold plunge / Journal / Social time
6:30-7:30 Dinner
After dinner we’ll gather around the fire outside and enjoy more sauna time or smores around the fire until you feel ready to retire for the evening
Sunday:
7-8:30 Breakfast
9-11:30 Creating a Sacred Heart Connection Oil + Guided Meditation Ceremony
12-1 Lunch
1-3 Sound Bath Healing Ceremony
3-6 Sauna/Cold plunge / Journal / Social Time
6-7pm Dinner
7pm Fire Ceremony + Closing Drum Circle + Anointing our Sacred Drums
9pm Goodbyes and Farewell hugs
You’ll be staying the night at the retreat house Saturday night so please bring layered clothing to keep you comfortable and warm, as well as bathing suit and towel for the wood fired sauna and cold plunge (if you’d like).
Some rooms may be shared with other guests so please be comfortable with being cozy.
All mentioned meals are included as well as all materials to make your very own Sacred Drum.
You’ll also receive a few retreat goodies to take home and enjoy.
For the entirety of this retreat you will be held in loving grace by your hosts and your fellow sisters – this will be a very special weekend to spend in sisterhood with women who are ready to tap into their sacred roots and awaken and reclaim their inner power and strength!
To honor our presence with each other and to maintain a space of healing please refrain from bringing alcohol/substances etc…
Our goal is to be lively and fun while also nourishing our minds and bodies with nutritious food, soul healing laughter, and lots of love.
