PictureTrying out some TMJ release techniques during the 2015 Costa Rica Workshop/Training
Hollie is a Maine Licensed Massage Therapist and currently offers many therapeutic massage services, including Pregnancy Massage and Cupping Therapy in Waterville, Maine.  Hollie's interest in massage as a healing modality began when she herself was pregnant and received amazing pain relief from massage therapy.  Shortly after she completed her certification for Massage Therapy she went on to further her education by becoming a Certified Pregnancy Massage Therapist, and also offers bodywork treatment for women struggling with fertility.

In 2015, Hollie traveled to San Jose, Costa Rica to complete a 7 day training with Erik Dalton, Ph.D to become a Certified Myoskeletal Therapist. She offers a variety of these learned techniques during her massage sessions, including cupping therapy and thai herbal treatments, in order to help her clients achieve their goals in health and wellness.  Working with men, women, and children she has seen first-hand the benefits that regular massage sessions can have on the body, mind, and spirit.

Continuing her journey of personal and professional growth, 2017 marked the year Hollie completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hallowell, Maine and shortly after graduation she attended the Holistic Yoga Flow's Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Travis Eliot (E-RYT 500).  In the fall of 2018 she completed a 300-hour YTT as she concluded her studies with her teachers from Los Angeles and Boston as well as local yoga teachers.  She's found a new appreciation for movement in the body and enjoys sharing helpful yoga poses with her clients so they can also enjoy the benefits of yoga and freedom from pain.

While 2020 will forever be remembered as the year that changed many lives, Hollie found there was an increased need for people to have access to pain relief at home while massage therapy was no longer available for a time due to COVID-19 so she worked to create more of her 'Hippie Hollie' CBD body products.  Her massage clients benefited for years from her homemade pain creams and salves and she was happy to have some time to create new products for them to enjoy.  Many of her products are now available in several retail locations around Maine as well as available for shipping through this site.
As 2021 is on the horizon she is looking forward to returning to massage (she also had a hand injury she was nursing this past year) and will be seeing clients out of her new massage office in her home in Waterville while she also balances keeping up with her online sales for 'Hippie Hollie' products.
